What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is an international standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system. It is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the involvement of top management, and a process approach to achieving objectives.

Being certified according to ISO 9001 demonstrates to our customers and stakeholders that we meet the highest standards of quality and are committed to delivering products and services that consistently meet their requirements.

Our three locations in Germany, Switzerland, and Costa Rica were all part of the certification process, further highlighting our dedication to quality and excellence across our global operations.
