As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services, the customer and System Crew collaboratively identified an increase in demand that could be effectively addressed through modern technology in the Citrix world.

Specifically, we recognized the need to improve access management, ensure global redundancy, and optimize customer base management through internal development and state-of-the-art technology.

In response, we embarked on a project to construct a new Citrix Farm, which we planned, built, and now operate. Our key responsibility is to provide a reliable and efficient provisioning service to meet the evolving needs of our customer.

Redundant Data Center // Configuration and Workflow Migration

In August 2018, our client was urgently in need of a solution to securely move, manage, and develop their customer database after the buy-out of the fiduciary department of an international Swiss private bank. To address this challenge, we took on the responsibility of planning and building a virtual desktop infrastructure that would meet the client's unique needs.

Our solution involved setting up an on-prem architecture with two redundant data centers to host all relevant infrastructure, ensuring reliable access to critical files and workflows. We also incorporated relevant applications and migrated files and workflows to ensure a seamless transition.

As a result of our efforts, our client could perform their operations digitally, achieving greater efficiency and security in their fiduciary industry operations. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that all requirements were met, and that the new system was fully integrated into their existing infrastructure. Microsoft Endpoint Manager // Configuration & Global Rollout

System Crew was entrusted with implementing Microsoft Endpoint Manager as a replacement for a legacy deployment tool for software administration and distribution in the customer's IT environment. Microsoft Endpoint Manager is a comprehensive solution that offers various features and capabilities, including endpoint management, policy control and restriction management, application deployment, and patch management.

After conducting a security assessment using CrowdStrike tool, we identified several clients that were not encrypted. To mitigate this risk, we carried out the onboarding of all clients to Microsoft Endpoint Manager, which included evaluating the system, planning the migration, and executing the successful rollout on a global scale. With over 1000 devices in scope, System Crew took full responsibility for ensuring a secure and seamless transition, and we remain committed to providing ongoing support to maintain the highest standards of cybersecurity.

Complete LAN transformation // Design & Implementation

System Crew was solely responsible for enabling the automation transformation of all operational technologies, including RFID, IoT, CCTV and semiconductor devices in this LAN transformation project.

Our mandate was to replace the legacy setup with a reliable, scalable, and maintainable core backbone that is sustainable over time. To achieve this, we conducted a thorough gathering and evaluation of requirements, which involved close communication with the client's various vendors to match the local area network technology with the operational technology.
